Well, time sure has a tendency to pass when you’re busy, and this blog has suffered from it. I keep promising myself that I’m goig to update my website and blog regularly, and instead I just spend the nights making tracks and remixes as Pelifics.
Friday April 23, I’ll be playing live at Blå in Oslo, as a part of Klubb Jolly. Earl McNorth from King Midaswill be accompanying me on keys, while Halvor Bodin will be vj-ing. Also on the same night, the great Telephones will play his first live set. Checkout the Facebook event, and be sure to make it if you are in Oslo that night.
The Powered By Nature exhibition, held last year in Berlin is now being shown in Oslo at DOGA. The exhibition aims to show Norwegian design inspired by nature. In addition to some (old school) stuff by me and Scandinavian Design Group, the exhibition features the following designers and companies:
Yokoland, Bleed, Neue, Martin Kvamme, Toxic, Marius Watz, The Culture Front, Bruno Oldani Design, Grandpeople, Kolonien,Sukker Design, Fasett, Craft by Lene, Blæst Design, Miksmaster, Commando Group, Enzo Finger Design, Mission.

I’m proud to be one of the people judging the ‘55dsl Logo Remix‘ organized by 55dsl and Cut & Paste. The rest of the jury consists of the very talented people Jayson Atienza, Justin Fox, Charles “Emit” Krausz, Carlos “Mare139” Rodriguez, Carlos Segura, Vasava and 55dsl’s creative director Andrea Rosso.

I’m giving a talk organized by Grafill Bergen at Palografen in Bergen tomorrow, thursday 16th og October. It starts at 17:00 and the address is Strandgaten 9.

Thursday October 9th I’m giving a talk at the Design+Music event initiated by Tank. Design+Music is a part of the Insomnia festival in Tromsø. Yokoland who, made the poster for the event, are also speaking.

Lots of stuff happening at the same time. I’m off to Bergen again to give a two week course in logotype design at KHiB – Bergen National Academy of the Arts. Last year was great fun and very useful learning. I’m hoping this year will be equally good.
